Lanka Personal Computer Clearance Pvt Ltd (SL PC Clearance)

PRICES:

All Prices are Inclusive of any applicable taxes, and there are no hidden charges. The price displayed on the item is the amount the customer will be charged.

WARRANTY:

3 Months (90 Days) On All Ex Lease (Used/Preowned/Refurbished) PC’s, Laptops & Hardware.

Ex Demo and New Units come with Factory Warranty.

Warranty Duration for Ex Demo and New Units are specified on each listing, please note warrant duration. Please note Battery, Adapters & Software Issues are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Cover Includes: Hardware Defects such as Motherboard, speaker, display issue (excludes physical damage/White patches and up to 10-pixel dots), malfunction of keyboard (excludes removal of keys).

Factory Warranty by Manufacturer are direct warranty from manufacturer, any warranty from manufacturer can be lodged directly with manufacturers service center. SL PC Clearance is not authorized to repair equipment that are still under manufacturers warranty.

Ex Lease Equipment warranty will be dealt by SL PC Clearance Technicians.

Software Installed:

Please note that all software installed is loaded as a FREE value-added service to our customers. Software is not covered under warranty.

Any software issues will be user-created issues. We ensure all laptops and PC’s are installed with the software stated on the listing before dispatch.

UPGRADES:

Please note that all upgrades are subject to availability. In the event of an upgrade not being available, SL PC Clearance will refund the specific upgrade amount paid by the customer; this does not allow the customer to refuse to complete the purchase. SL PC Clearance provides upgrades as a value-added service to customers.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Delivery Address and Contact Details:

When placing an order with SL PC Clearance, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. However, in certain cases, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. In these instances, we will notify you if we are unable to deliver it to the address.

To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your landline and mobile phone numbers. Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested. If a customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for follow-up and possible re-shipping costs.

Deliveries (3-7 business days)

Delivery Lead Time: Sri Lanka Wide Delivery for delivery to cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 2-5 working days from the date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 2-3 days. We will ensure items ordered are shipped out from our Warehouse within 48 Business Hours from the time of order. If any delays are encountered, we will promptly advise the customer of this. If we are not able to ship items within 4 working days from our Warehouse, the customer can request a full refund.

Our courier providers have now moved to a contactless delivery service. Delivery drivers will sign for your package on your behalf. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card to call and return the parcel to their depot.

Due to the changeable nature of this situation, we are actively monitoring the COVID-19 directives from the Government. Please check back here for any updates to our operations.

Proof of Delivery:

Should you require proof of delivery at any time, please contact us and we will send you a copy.

Delivery Carriers:

All orders are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. The customer will receive a tracking reference as soon as the order has been picked up by the courier to track their purchase.

Excellent Service and Fast Delivery Guarantee

After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the full details of your order. SL PC Clearance staff will process your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Charges on Returned Items:

Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility. SL PC Clearance will not pay for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items, and the customer will pay and organize courier pick-up or other means of return delivery.

SL PC Clearance will only cover the shipping cost of the returned item if the wrong item was sent to the customer.

Defective Goods Policy

DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to SL PC Clearance within 30 days from the invoice date, at SL PC Clearance’s discretion for credit, replacement, exchange, or repair.

Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt of and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.

Non-Defective Goods Returns Policy

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is to recover labor, bank charges, shipping charges, and admin time spent to process goods. Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items.

Licensed Products such as Anti-Virus, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365 are not returnable in any case.

All products returned MUST be in the same condition as received, 100 percent complete with accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. SL PC Clearance reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in as new condition.
